Shipping
- What are my different shipping options and when will the gift box arrive?
- How much does shipping cost?
- Can I ship gift boxes to multiple locations?
Yes. In order to do so you will need to select the Ship to Multiple Addresses button on the shipping page.
- Can I track my package?
You will receive an initial order confirmation email after submitting your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 24-72 hours of placing your order, try checking your junkmail or spam folder. If you cannot locate the email, please contact us at 512-542-3889 or email giftbox@wholefoods.com. Please include your name, delivery address and any other relevant details about your order.
Orders are processed for shipping Monday–Friday and must be submitted by 12noon Central Time to be processed the same day.
We offer standard, expedited (2-day) and priority (1-day) shipping options. Deliveries are Monday–Saturday. Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days after your order is processed, 2-day shipping takes 2 business days after your order is processed and 1-day shipping takes 1 business day after your order is processed. If you place your order after 12 noon CT on a Monday – Thursday, it will be processed for shipping the following business day. If you place your order between 12:01pm CT on Friday and 11:59pm CT on Sunday, it will be processed for shipping the following Monday. (For example, an order placed on a Friday at 1pm Central Time with 2-day shipping will be processed the following Monday and arrive by the following Wednesday.)
Standard shipping is $7.50 per box, expedited (2-day) is $10.85 per box, and priority (1-day) is $22 per box. You will receive an initial order confirmation email after submitting your order.
International
- Can you ship these gift boxes internationally for me?
No. We are currently sending gift boxes only to US addresses.
- Can I purchase a gift box with an address outside of the US?
Our site can accept only US billing addresses at this time. We are looking to add expanded international options, so please check back.
Product Description
- What can you tell me about the products in the Gift Boxes?
All products in Whole Foods Market gift boxes meet our strict Quality Standards. That means no artificial preservatives, colors, flavors, sweeteners, or hydrogenated fats. The Mighty Bowls of Goodness gift box has a selection of our finest vegan products, and they all fall under our Health Starts Here® Four Pillars of Healthy Eating. The Perfect Sip gift box has a selection of our best whole bean coffee from Allegro®, which are sourced from Central American and African coffee growers in partnership with Whole Trade®, EARTH University and the Jane Goodall Institute.
- I have an allergy / special diet. Is the food in these gift boxes OK for me?
The Mighty Bowls of Goodness gift boxes and the Perfect Sip gift boxes are vegan. The Mighty Bowls of Goodness gift box also contains gluten-free quinoa, sprouted lentils and sprouted mung beans. The Gift of Grub and Snack Express gift boxes have individual products containing gluten, nuts, soy, or dairy. All individual products are clearly labeled, but it's best to assume that the Gift of Grub and Snack Express boxes are NOT appropriate for special diets.
General Ordering
- Can I buy these gift boxes in my local Whole Foods Market?
No. Whole Foods Market gift boxes are only available online.
- Can I return a gift box to my local Whole Foods Market?
No. Gift boxes cannot be returned to Whole Foods Market stores. For returns, please call us at (512) 542-3889 or email giftbox@wholefoods.com.
- Can I use a Whole Foods Market gift card to buy a gift box online?
No. Whole Foods Market gift boxes cannot be purchased with a gift card at this time.

Online Ordering Issues
- I am having trouble adding items to my cart. Help!
Our site requires that you have third-party cookies enabled to purchase a gift card. For instructions on enabling your third-party cookies, select your browser: Mozilla Firefox | Safari | Internet Explorer | Chrome
- My transaction did not go through, but I looked on my statement and my card was charged. What happened?
If the information you entered does not match what your bank has on file exactly, our site rejects it because we have set very high security settings. However, your bank still preauthorizes the amount of the transaction based on the request. Your bank will remove this pre-authorized amount once they process the decline from our site.
Site Security
- Is my information secure on your site? I don’t see the "https" URL in my browser.
Yes. The information you submit during the checkout process is encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet, using a Verisign SSL Certificate and RC4 128-bit encryption. We use a masked URL that prevents you from seeing the HTTPS URL name.
- Is Whole Foods Market tracking personal information or shopping habits?
No. Whole Foods Market does not collect any personal information when a gift box is purchased or delivered. See our privacy policy for more details.
Environmental Stewardship
- Do you use environmentally responsible materials in these gift boxes?
Absolutely. Both the box and the packing materials are recyclable. The box itself is made from a renewable resource that is sourced responsibly and certified by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI), license number BV-SFIL-US003049-1.
